The books are not yet sitting in a warehouse waiting to be dispatched. They are printed to order. When you place your order here, your copy is printed, bound, and shipped to me and then onwards to you. The typical lead time is one to two weeks, and occasionally — particularly in the early weeks of launch when demand may be higher — up to three weeks at most.
