5a. Delivery Notes

All delivery times quoted are from the point of dispatch from our office. Most items are made to order and will ship after arriving at our office, which is generally within a day or so from receipt of an order. Merchandise generally takes 3-10 days to arrive at our office before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery charges are subject to UK VAT at the standard rate of 20%.
